Did you join us at the Ramsbottom Bar & Restaurant Festival? Well, whether you did or whether you didn't we have good news for you. As our Wild Garlic Specials were sooooo popular we've decided to add them to our Speciali Menu but only for a short time.
Why Wild Garlic?
It's one of nature’s most versatile and seasonal delicacies — it has more pseudonyms than a Sicilian wise-guy! Here goes - AKA wood garlic, bear leek, buckrams, and Ramsons, this fragrant plant flourishes in the woodlands surrounding Ramsbottom, inspiring both the town’s name and our Speciali Menu.

Beyond its bold, punchy flavour, wild garlic is believed to offer a range of health benefits, from aiding digestion and lowering cholesterol to soothing skin irritations and easing respiratory issues.
Starting on 27th March for a limited time, we’ve added a cheeky twist to our Speciali Menu with a fresh seafood dish — Sea bass cooked in ‘crazy water’ with cherry tomatoes, wild garlic leaves, nduja, white wine, chilli, capers, and herbs. You’ll also find some festival favourites making a return, including our Pizza Rammy with pickled wild garlic, Nettle Linguine with Crab, and the crowd-favourite Pollo Primavera.
You know what to do next folks...
